A graduate in business informatics, with over 15 years of experience in business management, consulting, and project/programme management across a wide range of client organisations — complemented by hands-on experience in airport management and airfield development, and by active flying practice as a pilot, flight instructor, and language proficiency examiner.

We build a clear picture of the situation, the organisation, and the actual goal. We identify the relevant stakeholders, take in different perspectives and interests, and create a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved.
Together, we review the brief, clarify expectations, and question assumptions — sharpening the goal and the task at hand where needed, before we talk about solutions.
Insights become a clear, effective approach.
We translate insights into a shared target picture: what results should actually be achieved — and how will we later know they have been? We look beyond tangible outcomes and processes to the organisational and cultural factors that can be decisive for whether it actually works.
We surface dependencies and possible obstacles, assess their significance, and develop measures to avoid them or limit their impact. The result is structures and solutions that fit the organisation, its size, and its actual situation.
